Are you also overeating (and maybe a bit overweight)?

Are you also tired of feeling bloated and weighed down because you tend to eat too much...?

Did you know you can gain 0,5 - 1 kg (1 - 2 lbs) per week if you are eating an extra 500 calories every day.
This is easily done, overeating on a regular basis can definitely weigh you down!

You might recognise this...
'You had a busy day, you come home and prepare a lovely dinner. You take a large portion of food on your plate and then eat it all very quickly because you are sooo hungry!
Afterwards you feel stuffed and just fall into the sofa  because you ate way too much and you are a little bit annoyed with yourself for eating that much.'

Well... Next time try the following steps and start taking control over the amount of food you eat:
1. Eat slower
2. Make your first portion a bit smaller than usual
3. Wait at least 15 minutes to take seconds

It's simple, it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to signal to your brain that it is full, so eating slowly will give your stomach and brain the time to communicate and help you not to eat as much.

Put less food on your plate and wait at least 15 minutes before taking seconds, you will probably feel that you have eaten enough after the first portion.

You are giving your stomach the time to tell that you are satisfied, you will eat less food and in time even lose weight.

Go on and give it a go, it's EASY!
