Arthritis is NOT just "an old people's disease"

Mid 2018 Paddy McGuinness posted a picture of himself on Instagram after being treated for arthritis in his shoulder.

He is 44 years old and already suffering from arthritis in his shoulder.

He is no exception though...

In an article on BBC News the charity 'Arthritis Research UK' said:

"We're greatful to Paddy McGuiness for speaking out and showing other young people with arthritis that they are not alone.
People often think of arthritis as an older person's disease, but Paddy is actually one of 11.8 million people under the age of 65 living with a musculoskeletal condition, including 2.7 million under 35 years old."

There are a lot of different ways to treat the pain, so don't just bite through it.
Gentle exercise, supplements and good diet can already give lots of relief.
We will be posting more about managing arthritis and chronic pain relief, so stay tuned.
